Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who values kindness, teamwork, and meaningful work? Paris Health and Rehab is looking for compassionate CNAs to support our residents with daily care and companionship in a warm, long-term care setting.

Whether you’re new to the profession or experienced in elder care, our team will provide you with the structure, respect, and teamwork you need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
2. Support mobility and transfers using safe lifting techniques
3. Monitor residents’ condition and report changes to nursing staff
4. Ensure resident dignity and comfort in every interaction
5. Assist with meal setup, feeding, and hydration support
6. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe resident environment
7. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
8. Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols

Qualifications:

1. Active CNA certification in the state of Arkansas
2. Compassionate, dependable, and a strong team player
3. Long-term care experience is a plus, but we welcome new CNAs
