We are growing quickly and seeking an experienced, dynamic family law attorney to join our Austin team in a hybrid role . In this position, you will represent real families navigating divorce, custody, SAPCRs, and more with heart, strategy, and strength.

Compensation and Benefits

$85,000 – $115,000, depending on experience + plus performance-based bonus compensation you will actually be excited about.

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and SAPCRs, with empathy and strategic insight.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide clients with informed advice.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals, offering clear guidance and support throughout the legal process.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements, advocating for clients' best interests while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Attend court hearings and trials, presenting cases effectively and confidently to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their cases at every stage of the process.

• Experience in family law, particularly in divorce and custody cases, is essential.
• Ability to draft and prepare legal documents with precision and adherence to legal standards.
• Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests in settlements and agreements.
• Ability to represent clients confidently in court hearings and trials, achieving favorable outcomes.
