Equitable is seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to join us as the Complex Operations Manager t o provide operating support to EVPs and COO of the Central Mountain Complex. You’ll manage staff workflow in the Complex branch locations, including oversight of Office Coordinators and other positions. The Complex Operations Manager will work in office out of the Dallas, TX office .

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities
- Primarily oversee Operations for Red River, Greater Central Texas and Southern Gulf Coast branches and secondarily coordinate with partner Complex COM.
- Manage branch Operations support teams.
- Managing branch budgets and expense approvals.
- Partner with EVP and sales managers to achieve sales and hiring goals for each branch.
- Serve as key escalation point for all Operations and compensation issues.
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 . Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 and 24 registrations.
- 10+ years of relevant Operations experience with a progressive increase in responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and manage highly complex multi-discipline project teams.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures throughout the Complex in partnership with COO
- Administer company policies at the local level and act as Field Liaison for the Complex / Headquarters
