Electrical Superintendent

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee all electrical operations on construction projects. The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for managing the electrical team, coordinating with project managers and other trades, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality electrical work on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of electrical systems and codes, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise electrical work on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate the electrical crew, including electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of project activities, labor, materials, and schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar leadership role in the electrical trade.
• Billingual is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications or degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field is preferred.

Benefits

• Pay is $40-50 an hr.
