Responsibilities

Financial Analysis

• Conduct detailed analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics.
• Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators to evaluate the financial health of the hotel.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide explanations for variances.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare regular financial reports for management, owners, and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Generate ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as requested by management.

Cost Control

• Analyze costs and expenses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop cost-saving initiatives and monitor their implementation.

Revenue Management

• Analyze revenue streams and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
