Lawn Maintenance Crew members perform a wide variety of lawn maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, pruning, cleaning up beds, pulling weeds, planting trees, shrubs and flowers, doing tear outs, and raking leaves, and keep the property tidy and safe.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

• Must be detail oriented and enjoy working outdoors
• Must be capable of operating various small engine equipment
• Must be able to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions
• Must be able to maintain day-to-day lawn mowing and landscaping
• Will need to be available to work Monday-Friday, and some Saturdays when necessary

Eligible candidates will have/be able to:

• Valid Driver's License
• Pass a Background Check
• Pass drug test
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
