Join a dedicated healthcare team providing specialized speech-language pathology services in a long-term residential healthcare setting. This rewarding opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals improve their communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care.

What You'll Do:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You'll develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic rehabilitation services, collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, and support staff through education and treatment recommendations to help maximize patient outcomes.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

✔️ Active, unrestricted Texas Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
✔️ Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
✔️ Experience evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders
✔️ Strong clinical documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
✔️ Familiarity with electronic medical records and HIPAA standards
✔️ Must meet all required background check, drug screening, and facility onboarding requirements
