Key Responsibilities:

• Support executive leadership in strategic planning and organizational initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
• Oversee business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency across departments.
• Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and highlight areas for improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster relationships that advance company initiatives and enhance collaboration.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor and support team members to build a strong, performance-driven culture within the organization.
• Assist with performance management processes, including the evaluation of employee performance and development needs.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Desired Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, project management, or business efficiency enhancement.
• Experience in stakeholder management and engagement practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with local and global teams.
