Accounts Payable Manager – Dallas, Texas

The Role:

• Serve as a key member of the accounting team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of AP
• Lead, mentor, and oversee disbursement and resolution processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on resolution strategies
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through clear communication and timely issue resolution
• Drive process improvements and support special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Inventory-related AP experience is required
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or retail strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of inventory management and costing principles
• Experience leading process improvement and change management initiatives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
