We're looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our close-knit in-office team in a full-time, MondayFriday role. This is the perfect job for a nurse who loves variety, thrives behind the scenes, and enjoys bringing order to the chaos of care coordination, chart reviews, and compliance prep. You wont be stuck behind a desk all day but you will be a key part of the team that keeps everything running smoothly. What Youll Be Doing: Care Coordination Review charts, update care plans, help get us survey-ready
Follow-Up & Communication Track orders, follow up with physicians, assist patients
Compliance & QA Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready
Pitch In Where Needed Handle intake questions, clinical requests, and provide general support to our DON and admin Why Youll Love Working Here: Family-Owned, Not Corporate Youll be known by name, not by badge

Competitive Pay $25$32/hr depending on experience + PTO, schedule flexibility, and room to grow What Were Looking For:
- Active LVN or RN license in Texas
- 13+ years of nursing experience (home health a plus)
- Organized and proactive you love solving problems and finding whats missing
- Comfortable with independent work , but a strong team player
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required
