Experienced Cook (Perseid Restaurant)
Experience and Qualifications: • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. • Minimum of three years (3) of relevant experience preferred. • Experience with inventory controls (i.e. food, beverage, all kitchen supplies/utensils, and food and beverage waste). • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to stand for long periods of time. • Flexible availability including morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
