Business Support Manager
Akkodis is seeking a Business Support Manager for a contract job with a client in Plano, TX/Charlotte, NC(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate will oversee administrative functions including financial control, budgeting, and personnel processes.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Support Manager job responsibilities include:
Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures for BMC resources.
Maintain accurate organizational chart documentation.
Manage and update team SharePoint sites.
Record meeting notes for routine and stakeholder meetings.
Prepare and deliver agenda outlines and relevant meeting materials promptly.
Collaborate on and complete standardized business operations review documents.
Ensure the timely and accurate execution of standard operating procedures.
Identify and correct formatting, grammatical, or timestamp errors in presentations and documents.
Adapt quickly and maintain a positive attitude when priorities change, or ad hoc needs arise.
Demonstrate responsiveness and prompt follow-up on tasks and questions.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in a business support or administrative role.
Experience working in a highly regulated industry or financial institution.
Previous interaction with senior-level management.
