Marketing Coordinator

Travel + Leisure Co is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Marble Falls, TX. In this role, you'll engage directly with resort guests, provide exceptional service, and help schedule owner updates while maintaining high production standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct, face-to-face marketing interactions with guests at resort check-in
• Provide concierge-level service to all guests, ensuring positive experiences and satisfaction
• Incentivize and schedule guests to participate in owner updates and workshop sessions
• Offer promotional gifts to guests for participating in update meetings
• Collaborate with resort staff to review arrival sheets and identify guests for outreach during your shift
• Maintain consistent production standards and metrics throughout your workday
• Support the member services team in converting guest interactions into meaningful owner engagement opportunities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart device operation
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a shared space
• Reliable transportation and availability to work on-site at our Marble Falls resort location
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude in a high-energy hospitality setting

Preferred:

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience
• College degree or higher education
• Experience in hospitality, resort, or customer service environments
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience with guest engagement and incentive programs

Schedule: On-site, full-time position with variable shift hours based on resort check-in schedules Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
