Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor production processes and quality control to meet company standards.
• Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to optimize workflow.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and employee performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the workplace.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and production software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
