Your New Role

• Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations in Tyler, Texas

• Diagnose plumbing issues and deliver effective, long lasting solutions

• Communicate repair options and recommendations clearly with homeowners

• Deliver high quality customer service on every job

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience

• Apprentices with at least 2 years of hands-on experience are encouraged to apply

• Active Tradesman or Journeyman license (with at least an Apprentice License)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure

• Valid driver’s license

• Authorized to work in the United States
