Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm

Job Summary:As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our specialized equipment and machinery, helping to keep our production lines running smoothly. Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent -Clear background and driving record. Working Conditions:
This position is based in our manufacturing facility, which operates on a 24/7 schedule. The work environment can be fast-paced and physically demanding, with exposure to noise, dust, and various industrial equipment. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on their feet for extended periods.

- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential problems before they arise
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment uptime
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment Requirements
