REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· NRP, BLS, ACLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Laboring experience

· OR Circulating

· Magnesium and Oxytocin administration experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· C-EFM, RNC-OB

· Newborn transitioning experience

· Laboring of patients

· Delivering newborns

· Cesarean sections

· Care of the antepartum patient

Floating Area(s):

· Antepartum, Mother Baby

o Day Shift – 1 Charge/1 Co-Charge, 2-3 Transition RNs, 8-12 L&D RNs, 2-3 Surgical Techs, Unit Sec.

o Night Shift - 1 Charge/1 Co-Charge, 2 Transition RNs, 8-12 L&D RNs, 2 Surgical Techs, Unit Sec.

· Patient Ratios – AWHONN Staffing Standards – as staffing allows
