We are currently accepting applications for Interns for our Dallas Office location. This opportunity will be starting Summer 2026, working with our Digital Transformation team.

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Intern to support our AI and data automation initiatives, with a focus on building, testing, and improving generative AI solutions. This internship offers hands-on experience with real datasets, production-minded workflows, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, products, and business stakeholders.

You will contribute to model development, experimentation, evaluation, and documentation while learning modern AI tooling and best practices.

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Python and common AI libraries.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (training/validation, overfitting, and feature engineering).
• Comfortable working with data and debugging code.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype AI-enabled solutions (e.g., workflow automation, intelligent document processing, chatbots, decision support tools)
• Assist in building proofs of concept using tools such as:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Low-code / no-code automation platforms
• Python, SQL, or similar tools (as appropriate)
• Assist in building and improving machine learning models (classification, regression, forecasting, clustering, NLP).
• Support development of Generative AI / LLM solutions, including:
• Prompt engineering and prompt evaluation
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search
• Model output evaluation and guardrails
• Build scripts and notebooks for experimentation, testing, and reporting results.
• Collaborate with engineers to package models into services/APIs where applicable.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team standards for reproducibility and quality.

Safety & Physical Requirements

• Must wear proper PPE while on jobsites.
• Must comply with all safety standards and procedures.
• Sit, stand, and walk during the duration of the workday.
• Will lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Salary Range

• $22-$27
