ROLE IMPACT
As a Business Development Manager, you will manage a well-established territory in the Dallas market, focusing on client acquisition and retention. Success in this role is measured by your ability to grow a warm book of business, build strong partnerships with HR and hiring leaders, and consistently exceed sales KPIs through a consultative approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and grow an active client base through consistent outreach and relationship-building
• Conduct weekly client visits to strengthen relationships and understand workforce needs
• Identify and secure new business opportunities via professional networking and prospecting
• Deliver customized, on-brand sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required
PREFERRED SKILLS
• 3–8 years in business development, sales, or client management
• Background in solution-based or service-based sales
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions
