Snelling Staffing San Antonio is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Team Leader for an industrial cleaning role in a manufacturing environment . This hands-on leadership role requires overseeing a team responsible for cleaning and maintaining work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient operation.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• 4 Days, 40 Hours!
  • Saturday & Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Two weekdays 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Actual Shift will be determined upon placement)
• Starting at $17.00/hr
• South San Antonio area
• Weekly Pay via pay card or Direct Deposit

BILINGUAL TEAM LEADER (INDUSTRIAL CLEANING) DUTIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in an industrial setting.
• Perform and oversee general cleaning duties, including sweeping, wiping, scraping, and debris removal.
• Train and assist team members to maintain cleanliness and efficiency standards.
• Ensure team members follow safety protocols, including PPE usage and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Very physical, non-production, non-assembly position in hot, humid environment

BILINGUAL TEAM LEADER (INDUSTRIAL CLEANING) REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry, work tracking, and reporting
• Have reliable transportation
• Complete onboarding & orientation in our office
