Returns Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $23.80 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
- Process and inspect returned products, determining proper disposition (restock, quarantine, disposal, or vendor return)
- Accurately enter return data and maintain documentation within WMS Perform quality checks to ensure product condition, packaging, and compliance standards
- Coordinate with inventory control and customer service to resolve discrepancies and maintain accuracy
- Support warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment
Returns Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or coordinator experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
- Experience with WMS and basic computer skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
