Are you a high-performing architectural or engineering leader ready to command major client portfolios and steer complex, multidisciplinary building programs? We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our rapidly growing Dallas team. In this senior leadership role, you will move beyond standard task management to act as a premier client ambassador and strategic integrator, transforming ambitious project visions into landmark realities across the public and private sectors.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Client Stewardship: Lead high-value client relationships and act as the primary, trusted point of contact from initial pursuit through final project execution across the DFW Metroplex.
Multidisciplinary Program Leadership: Direct and inspire cross-functional, geographically distributed teams of architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complex building programs with absolute clarity and technical excellence.
Program & Financial Management: Drive near- and long-term program positioning, establish realistic schedules, optimize budgets, and utilize sharp financial acumen to mitigate risks and ensure profitable delivery.
Market Sector Expansion: Partner closely with National Market/Sector Leads and Operations to aggressively pursue, win, and execute complex projects within the Federal, Aviation, Transit, and emerging market sectors.
Digital & AI Innovation: Guide and collaborate with project teams on the implementation of advanced digital delivery frameworks, including BIM, generative design, and parametric tools.
Regional Brand Advocacy: Actively represent the comprehensive design and advisory capabilities of the firm at local industry and client events to drive brand awareness and market growth.
Work Plan Implementation: Architect and implement sophisticated project work plans, methodologies, and quality control metrics tailored for large-scale, alternative project delivery methods.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Engineering, or a professional equivalent.
Licensure: Active Registered Architect (RA/AIA) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of post-licensure experience managing multidisciplinary architecture and building engineering projects and staff resources.
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is strictly required for this position due to federal program parameters.
Software Proficiency: Robust proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe, and Bluebeam.
Preferred Qualifications
Credentials: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or LEED Accredited Professional (AP) status.
Project Delivery: Demonstrated success leading Design/Build and other alternative project delivery methods.
Business Development: Proven track record contributing to winning Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and collaborating on high-impact written and graphic marketing materials.
Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 15% to support nationwide program and project responsibilities.
