Lead Plumber - Residential & Light Commercial

PlumbingPro is hiring a Lead Plumber for a new, locally owned family- and veteran-owned plumbing franchise in San Antonio. This is the first plumber hire and a key role in building a high-quality residential and light commercial service operation from the ground up.
We are looking for an experienced plumber who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and wants long-term stability with a growing company.
Pay & Benefits
- $30–$40 per hour , depending on experience

- Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service and repairs
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and solutions
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Help establish service standards and best practices for the company
- 5+ years plumbing experience (service preferred)
- Texas plumbing license
- Residential and light commercial service experience required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- First hire in a new San Antonio plumbing franchise
