Job Title: Senior Tech Product Manager with MarTech & CDP Experience
Location: Dallas, TX ( Dayone Onsite- Need Locals OR Nearby States )
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

• 14+ years of experience in product management within the technology or marketing technology sectors.
• Proven experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Data warehouses, particularly Snowflake.
• Strong background in managing and delivering MarTech solutions, including tools and platforms related to digital marketing, CRM, and analytics. In-depth knowledge of data management, data integration, and data warehousing principles.
• Familiarity with various MarTech tools such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Understanding of SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with data systems.
• Strong product management skills, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and feature prioritization.
• Ability to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello for project management and collaboration.
• Ability to conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and mentoring product teams.
• High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
