Office Assistant
Join Our Team as a Office Assistant at Think Tell Junction Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an essential member of our administrative staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various departments in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including managing office supplies, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining files and records. Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and minutes
- File and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
