Business Development Center Agent/Internet Sales Agent
Group1 GMC Westside is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Business Development Center Agent/Internet Sales Agent to our team.

Responsibilities
- Receive inbound sales leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
- Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
- Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
- Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
- Outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Auto dealership Internet or business development center (BDC) experience is a plus!
- Proven sales experience
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Solid working knowledge of the Internet
- Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
