What You'll Do: Transform Lives: Establish and manage exceptional ABA services to improve cognitive, social, and self-help skills.
Create Tailored Plans: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Monitor Progress: Analyze client progress and adjust plans to ensure clinical excellence.
Lead and Mentor: Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements.
Collaborate and Connect: Work with caregivers and service providers to ensure a continuum of care.
Support Staff Growth: Provide feedback and training to support staff development.
Contribute to Clinic Success: Assist in clinic oversight and program development.
What We're Looking For: BCBA and LBA Credentials: Must maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and LBA in good standing.
Supervisor Status: Qualify for Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Insurance Credentials: Must qualify for approved credentials with designated insurance carriers.
Valid Driver's License and Insurance: Valid, current driver's license and current car insurance.
CPR/BLS Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.
Excellent Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for Children: Passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
Collaboration and Adaptability: Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Reliable Commute: Ability to reliably commute to Sugar Land, TX 77478, or willingness to relocate with employer-provided assistance.
