With a focus on both Culinary & Service Michelin-star-level dining experience we aim to create unforgettable moments that cater to the most discerning clientele.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Back Server (Server Assistant) to support our service team in delivering world-class dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred environments, with a passion for hospitality and teamwork. As a Back Server, you will assist the front servers by ensuring all service flows smoothly, from table setup to food delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead servers in providing exceptional service, supporting a smooth and timely dining experience.
• Ensure proper table setups and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the service.
• Assist with food and beverage delivery, ensuring all items meet the club’s presentation standards.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless communication and service flow.
• Refill drinks, clear plates, and anticipate guest needs, ensuring a refined yet attentive presence at all times.
• Participate in pre-service meetings and adhere to the club's service standards, policies, and protocols.
• Support in performing opening and closing duties, side work tasks, and maintaining the dining area’s cleanliness.
• Stay informed on food safety and health regulations, and maintain a high standard of hygiene in your station.
• Follow all opening/closing and side work duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or similar environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, high-energy environment.
• A professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional service to high-profile clientele.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry, with attention to detail and service excellence.
