Position Overview:

As a Cross-Border Business Development (Inside Sales) , you will be responsible for driving new Cross-Border business development activities and promoting Scan Global Logistics brand affinity and synergies in the marketplace.

:

• Actively working with impact prospects to propose the best possible customer solution and secure profitable new business for the organization.
• Work with North American and Global counterparts on focused opportunities
• Monitor the deadlines for opportunities and sales reporting.
• Identification of potential areas to enhance our Gross Profit and promote creative opportunities for growth.
• Update weekly reporting and maintain an active pipeline of Cross-Border opportunities.
• Proactively seek feedback and monitor market trends within competition.
• Ensuring onboarding communication is effectively deployed and the team is in alignment.
• Develop a clear strategy in support of our forecast and revenue goals.
• Expand Scans client base in Mexico and North America, working collaboratively through the region to secure new business and share of wallet opportunities.
• Drive cross channel collaboration and sell multi modal cross border solution designs that offer a leveraged position for the organization.
• Work closely with, and coordinated with, the Mexico Cross Border Operations team as well as the commercial team in support of high-level initiatives, both creating and driving projects to a positive result.
• Provides professional communication with customers both internal and external.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Practical sales experience in North American Load Brokerage related to FTL (Full Truckload), LTL (Less Than Truckload), Specialty Equipment, and Intermodal.

Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum three years' Mexico Cross Border direct sales experience in a 3PL/brokerage setting.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay: 55,000 to 65,000
