We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to join our Capital Formation team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to support capital raising efforts and enhance investor relations for a diverse range of private investment funds and aviation-focused investment solutions. Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating fundraising materials, such as investor presentations, private placement memoranda, and due diligence documents.
• Coordinate investor outreach initiatives, track engagement activity, and maintain pipeline updates.
• Support data analysis for investor targeting, competitive benchmarking, and strategic fundraising efforts.
• Prepare quarterly investor reports, semi-annual presentations, and other portfolio updates to ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Respond to investor inquiries by working collaboratively with accounting, legal, and technical teams.
• Contribute to product development discussions by researching market trends and providing insights into aircraft leasing and finance.
• Collaborate across departments to develop and distribute marketing materials for new and existing investment products.
• Assist in organizing and executing investor events, including annual general meetings and other key engagements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of recent transactions and pipeline updates to support investor-facing activities.
• Participate in special projects related to capital markets initiatives and investor relations.• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field with strong academic performance.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private markets, investor relations, or asset management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with prior experience creating high-quality investor materials.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with industry-specific platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in the aviation industry and related financial markets.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold high standards of professionalism.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods, such as investor meetings and reporting deadlines.
