Leasing Agent - Houston Area Community.

Pay: $18-$20/hr + Leasing Bonuses.

Schedule: Full-Time.

Location: Memorial / West Houston.

We’re looking for a professional, polished Leasing Agent to join our team at a high-demand community. This is the perfect role for someone who knows how to connect with residents, close strong, and represent a community with confidence and warmth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcome and engage prospects with a friendly, upscale customer-service approach.
• Conduct high-quality tours and highlight community value.
• Convert leads into leases and meet weekly leasing goals.
• Respond quickly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Prepare leases, renewals, and complete move-in packets accurately.
• Keep the office and tour path pristine and ready at all times.
• Support resident relations, events, notices, and service requests.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the property management system (ResMan experience is a plus).
• Collaborate closely with the manager and maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, hospitality, or sales background.
• Excellent communication skills and polished professional presence.
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
• Goal-driven with strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing.
