Legal Secretary - Houston

Downtown firm, growing litigation team, 100% paid benefits
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Secretary supporting attorneys in active litigation
- Strong ability to draft pleadings, correspondence, and assist with preparing and e?filing documents in state and federal courts
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with comfort using large document management systems (NetDocs) and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, Skype)
- Skilled in maintaining organized electronic and paper files, managing calendars, and updating client/matter records (Aderant)
- Excellent proofreading, verbal, and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and time?management, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Capable of coordinating travel, meetings, and conference logistics with minimal oversight
- Able to anticipate needs and take initiative without requiring detailed direction
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information
