Role Summary:

As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our top-line sales revenue at solid margins. This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of our industry and a proven track record of success in industrial sales. We follow a team sales approach with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting businesses of all sizes.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Provide customers with product knowledge and technical expertise.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of sales experience in the industrial sector.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
