Experienced Bartender – Upscale Italian Restaurant, Austin
La Traviata is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at our upscale casual Italian restaurant in Austin. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional service, and takes pride in craft cocktails and wine knowledge. Your Role: As our Bartender, you'll be responsible for:
- Crafting high-quality cocktails and pouring wines with precision and consistency
- Managing high-volume service during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail
- Building genuine connections with guests and remembering regular preferences
- Collaborating seamlessly with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders
- Maintaining bar organization, cleanliness, and inventory standards
- Following proper cash handling and ID verification procedures
What We're Looking For: You have proven bartending experience in a high-volume setting, strong knowledge of cocktails and Italian wines, and genuine interpersonal skills. You're organized, reliable, and thrive as part of a team-oriented culture.
