Receptionist (Lubbock)

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Temporary Front Desk / Office Support Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role is ideal for someone with a positive, upbeat attitude who enjoys helping others and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. You’ll greet guests, answer phones, assist with basic administrative tasks, and help keep the office running smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet all clients and visitors with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor
• Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately using our phone system
• Quickly learn and navigate our computer systems to assist with basic office needs
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and common areas
• Help stock snacks, drinks, and office supplies
• Assist with light cleaning tasks, including restrooms and shared spaces as needed
• Support staff with miscellaneous office tasks as they arise
• Pitch in wherever help is needed — this is a true team-oriented role
Qualifications
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Quick learner, especially with computer and phone systems
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
• Willing to help with a wide variety of tasks, big and small
