Medical Receptionist
Valley Vision is a well-established, independent optometry practice in Brewster, WA. We're a small, close-knit team that takes pride in delivering great patient care. We're looking for a friendly, organized, bilingual receptionist to be the first face our patients see.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Verify insurance and collect copays and balances at time of service
- Maintain accurate patient records in our EHR system
- Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Medical or dental front office experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
- Reliable, professional, and a team player
What We Offer:
- $18–$22/hour depending on experience

- Monday–Thursday 7:30am–5pm, Friday 7:30am–12pm (alternating Fridays off) — no evenings, no weekends
