SNX Machine Operator
- Machine Operation: Operate and adjust SNX equipment according to production specifications and company standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and report defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, identify equipment malfunctions, and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor machine settings, operational parameters, and material usage to maintain efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any operational issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors, engineers, and fellow operators to improve processes and production flow.
- Manufacturing/industrial setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and various materials.
- May involve standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Shift work, including nights, weekends, or overtime, may be required.
- Experience: Previous experience operating SNX or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC, automated systems, or production equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to detect inconsistencies or defects in the manufacturing process.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical certification in machinery operation or manufacturing is a plus.
- Forklift certification (if applicable).
