Your New Role

• Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair in Carrollton, Texas, and surrounding areas

• Complete approximately 4 to 5 residential HVAC service calls per day

• Troubleshoot and repair air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and related HVAC systems

• Diagnose heating and cooling system issues accurately and efficiently

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about repair options and system performance

• Deliver high-quality customer service and dependable HVAC solutions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle

• Work closely with a team that values strong technical skills and customer satisfaction

• EPA Refrigerant Certification required

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience servicing air conditioning systems, furnaces, and heat pumps

• Valid driver’s license

• Must live within 15 miles of Carrollton, TX,

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds consistently

• Ability to complete pre-employment screenings as required

• Authorized to work in the United States
