Summary
NCD is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst with a strong background in data correction, cleanup, and operational quality assurance . This role is focused on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our operational data and processes.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operations or as an analyst, with a proven track record in identifying, correcting, and maintaining clean, accurate data within Excel and CRM systems. You will be a key member of our growing team, helping to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently through meticulous attention to detail and process improvement.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys detail-oriented data review, quality checks, and error resolution .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform detailed data correction and cleanup in Excel to ensure accuracy across enrollment, plan selection, and demographic data.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor file processing metrics, error rates, and resolution timelines; report findings to leadership.
- Resolve daily errors generated from file feeds promptly and accurately.
- Identify and recommend improvements to current data processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with CRM vendors to coordinate necessary programming updates.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work cross-functionally to ensure data integrity across operational systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations and/or data clean-up.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with CRM technologies; system administration experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of data quality control and process documentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
