Strategic Sales Engineer
Seeking a Strategic Sales Engineer for a high growth capital equipment development company in the Austin, TX area. The Strategic Account Manager would be responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, professional, and capable of working independently while juggling multiple accounts. A proven track record in customer management, account development, and crafting compelling business proposals is essential. Experience with semiconductor manufacturers is highly desired. - Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture high-value connections with key stakeholders across strategic accounts to unlock new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate and execute collaborative, high-impact sales strategies to capture new business and expand market share.
- Market Penetration: Drive engineering and production revenue by aggressively expanding the customer installed base of testing solutions.
- Customer Advocacy: Champion client needs internally, ensuring seamless alignment with company-wide strategic objectives.
- End-to-End Account Operations: Oversee all facets of the account lifecycle-including tester installations/upgrades, cross-functional sales coordination, forecasting, quoting, and order booking-while keeping a sharp eye on competitive positioning and roadmap alignment.
