Occupational Therapist Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Texas or eligibility for Texas licensure
• Certification in Rehabilitation Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a rehabilitation or clinical support setting
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and work independently

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, or developmental challenges to enhance their daily living skills
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans and set measurable goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and adhere to facility and healthcare regulations
