Member Services Sales Rep Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Member Services Sales Representative
• Role is a hybrid of customer service and sales, responsible for handling member transactions while actively promoting Credit union products.
• Engage members,
• Identify their financial needs,
• Strong Sales
• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open new accounts, handle account maintenance, and assist with loan applications. -

Member Services Sales Rep Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive member relationships
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services (or willingness to learn)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional demeanor and ethical standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
