Camp Lucy, a premier luxury boutique resort in the Texas Hill Country, is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Housekeeping Attendants to join our hospitality team. This role is essential to ensuring our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and care during their stay.

The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest accommodations and select resort spaces. Duties include:

• Clean and service guest rooms, including stripping and replacing linens, dusting furniture, emptying trash, and sanitizing surfaces

• Thoroughly clean guest bathrooms, including commodes, tubs, showers, mirrors, floors, and fixtures

• Replenish guest amenities, towels, linens, and in-room supplies

• Ensure rooms meet resort cleanliness and presentation standards prior to guest arrival

• Inspect rooms for maintenance or repair needs and report issues promptly

• Assist with cleaning and preparation of event venues for weddings and special events when required

• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized and sanitary manner

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support resort operations

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent reliability, punctuality, and work ethic

• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods

• Ability to walk 2–3 miles per shift

• Reliable transportation required

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour

• Weekend Pay: $19.50 per hour
