Your New Role

Based in San Antonio, TX, this role gives you the chance to use your electrical skills to make a real difference for homeowners and businesses in your community.

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial electrical systems.

• Diagnose issues and determine the right solutions using industry best practices.

• Read and follow blueprints, technical diagrams, and job specifications.

• Clearly explain options to customers using our Straight Forward Pricing Guide.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment and complete jobs with professionalism and care.

• Active Texas Electrical License (Journeyman, Wireman, or Master)

• Residential Experience: At least 2 years working in residential electrical; total 4+ years preferred

• Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Screenings: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Strong People Skills: You’re comfortable communicating with homeowners and explaining your work

• Tech-Friendly: You can use digital tools and apps to manage work orders and job details
