Your Impact

You’ll be a hands-on problem solver, using a tape measure and shop math to validate materials, monitor quality, and keep production moving safely and efficiently. With at least one (1) consecutive year of manufacturing experience, you’ll step in ready to contribute on day one.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of production machinery for scheduled runs
• Measure and verify material dimensions accurately using a tape measure
• Conduct routine quality checks using fractions and measurement conversions
• Load raw materials and unload finished product following safe handling practices
• Package, label, and stage completed orders for shipment
• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Coordinate with teammates to achieve daily production goals

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 consecutive year of manufacturing experience
• Accurate tape-measure reading ability (verified in hiring assessment)
• Strong shop math skills, including fractions and measurements (verified in hiring assessment)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Work Setting

• Industrial production facility with active equipment
• Exposure to machinery, heat, and noise
• Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Assessment
