Application Developer
W2 Only – No Third Parties
A client based in Houston and Midland, TX is seeking an Application Developer for a 1-year contract opportunity.
Location: Hybrid (Midland, TX or Houston, TX)
- Minimum 2 days per week onsite
- Work will be performed in a hybrid environment using company-provided equipment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
Technical Skills:
- Backend: ASP.NET Core (.NET 8+), C#, Entity Framework Core
- Frontend: Angular 18+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Database: SQL Server (T-SQL, schema design, performance tuning)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Additional Requirements:
- Strong understanding of web application architecture
- Experience with SOLID principles, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
