Industrial Journeyman Electrician

Pay: $35-$40/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (possible overtime and weekends as needed)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong industrial experience to join our team. This role involves working in a variety of demanding industrial environments and requires a high level of technical skill, professionalism, and flexibility to travel. Candidates with automation and controls experience are strongly preferred.

Work Environments:

• Frac sand facilities.
• Lime plants.
• Oil & Gas facilities.
• Food and beverage plants.
• Aggregate operations.
• Concrete batching plants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Bend and install rigid conduit up to 4”.
• Perform cable tray installations.
• Install and terminate control panels.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and layout drawings.
• Perform work in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and site-specific safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on job sites.
• Travel to various job sites as required, including overnight stays.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (required).
• Proven experience as an industrial electrician (I&E).
• Knowledge of automation and controls systems (PLC, instrumentation, motor controls) is a plus.
• Experience working in heavy industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions and varying weather.

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
