We're looking for a Vice President of Mission Critical Services to lead and oversee key business functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide leadership and direction for the Mission Critical Services (MCS) division, managing teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Oversee sales and operations teams, driving performance and growth.

Establish effective management practices to streamline delivery models and optimize execution.

Foster a strong safety culture and ensure all safety and compliance goals are met or exceeded.

Enhance customer service initiatives, ensuring commitments are met and fostering a customer-centric approach.

Monitor and improve route density and profitability while maintaining high employee satisfaction.

Address and resolve customer concerns, implementing solutions to improve overall service quality.

Ensure accuracy in reporting, including reconciliation sheets and compliance reports.

Identify training needs and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for employees.

Analyze trends and operational challenges, developing proactive solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage labor costs by monitoring overtime and optimizing workforce allocation.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and guide employees to success.

Recruit, develop, and mentor top talent to support organizational growth and excellence.

Communicate company policies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment.

Strong background in profit & loss (P&L) management and business operations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Experience in training, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and resolve challenges effectively.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.

A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to drive operational success.
