Software Developer 2
Description
Software developers will be expected to work with small teams to design and develop software to fulfill unique requirements across various OS platforms.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- C or C++
- Python
- Windows, UNIX, or Mobile development experience
- Leadership experience
- Exposure/experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Bamboo, Etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or similar is highly desired.
- Prior experience or familiarity with our Big Data Platform is a plus.
- Understanding of AGILE software development methodologies and use of standard software development tool suites. (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Github Enterprise, etc.)
- Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) Languages
- Has a proven ability to learn quickly and works well both independently as well as in a team setting
A current U.S. government security clearance and background investigation is required and therefore all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen
