Tax Analyst
- Prepare book-tax differences for both tax provision and tax returns.
- Prepare tax return workpapers and tax returns (federal, state, informational)
- Assist with the reconciliation of income tax accounts.
- Maintain tax files/records (Including SOX documentation)
- Research federal and state income tax issues.
- Other tax responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Minimum of two years experience in a corporate tax department or public accounting.
- Strong working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with good communication skills
- A willingness to grow and learn
- CPA or CPA eligible
- Experience with CorpTax
- Need to be adept at working in a dynamic and complex environment while leveraging available technology.
